6. Referral Programme
At Amana Estates, we value individuals and partners who help us connect with new clients. Our Referral Programme rewards anyone who successfully introduces a property seller or buyer to us.
6.1 Referral Commission Structure Seller Referral
- You will receive 10% of our earned commission when a seller you referred to us successfully lists and closes a property deal through Amana Estates.
- You will receive 20% of our earned commission when a buyer you referred successfully completes the purchase of a property listed with Amana Estates.
6.2 Eligibility
To qualify for referral commission:
- The referral must be made before the client contacts Amana Estates directly.
- You must submit the referral using our official referral form or via documented communication (e.g., email, WhatsApp).
- The referral must lead to a closed transaction (sale or rental) for commission to be paid.
6.3 Payment
- Payment Referral payments will be processed within 7–14 working days after Amana Estates receives its commission from the transaction.
- Payment will be made via bank transfer or any mutually agreed method.
6.4 Disputes
In the case of multiple claims on a referral, Amana Estates reserves the right to determine eligibility based on evidence of first contact and supporting documentation.
6.4 Modification or Termination
Amana Estates reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice. However, all verified referrals before such changes will be honoured under the terms active at the time of referral.
